I have always been passionate about movement and found ways to express myself through it from a young age. I have taken many a dance class dipping a toe into many different styles including ballet, jazz, modern, hip-hop, and lyrical. This journey eventually led me to yoga and I found myself called to the practice and many of the teachings. I am RYT 200hr Yoga teacher trained at Citizen Yoga in Royal Oak, Michigan. I teach several classes in the Metro-Detroit area weekly and also offer one on one private sessions. Teaching workshops here in Michigan and all over the U.S.  I recently got initiated in Thai Massage and received my Reiki II certification which only adds to the healing I am able to offer.

I continue my love affair with dance and performance  by go-go dancing, performing with fire fans, eating fire, character performances, and so much more. I love to connect with people and bring just a bit more light into their day. I like to keep the experiences rolling in fresh working as a model, hostess, promotional model, and production assistant.
